Smokin' Aces Title sequence

In the first few seconds of the sequence we see a close up image of a man which has an overlapped effect which makes the picture seem like something from a comic book with the weird texture of his face.

The image then becomes bigger and turns red and goes to an image of the man staring out of a window, the image goes bright red and then you see 'UNIVERSAL PICTURES PRESENT' in a bright white, bold text all in capitals. This looks very eye catchy as the white text stands out from the image.

The image then changes to a purple image of a man in the distance and the quickly changes to a black image with a yellow/green face at the right side which could symbolise illness which refers to the films drug based story. The text is once again white which stands out from the black background 'IN ASSOCCIATION STUDIOCANAL AND RELATIVITY MEDIA'

The next relavant image is a red image of the same male from the other images with a picture of a card which links to the title 'Smokin' Aces' which I think is smart but also it had to be in there with a title as specific as 'Smokin' Aces' which needs a reference to poker cards.

This image changes from a red picture of a road from the distance into a more realistic image which shows traffic passing by, which looks quite cool, but could also be symbolic to reality which some of the characters have to face.

The next clip goes to black for about half a second with the white text showing, then the black background slowly turns blue which reveals a picture of a man in a suit looking over a man possibly in some pain. The darkness of the background makes the text seem really bright and makes it stand out for easy readability.

The next image is one of the protagonists shown smoking with the actors name in white next to his reddened face, the red could symbolise death and violence and gore
