Proposal

In short our film will be based on a modern adaptation of a fairy tale featuring all the key elements that you would normally expect from this type on genre. Form the princess in distress; to the evil enemy we plan to include it all but in modern refreshing way.  The key character in our film will be a young girl around the age of 15-17 who has had a rough start in life. Things such as being bullied or feeling lonely are all aspects we want to include as part of her roll.  One day this character will receive an invitation to a social event  (not yet decided) that she hopes will change her life. Our film will follow the character as she prepares to get ready to attend the event and all the preparations she needs to pick up the courage while flashing back to the events that have lead up to this day. The film will continue from here as the girl attends the event  and events unfold that lead to a dramatic end.
