Short Film Research

This is a short 2 minute horror film which I thought was quite interesting, firstly it introduces the protagonist who walks towards the camera from a long shot into a mid close up which is a good way to show the setting of the film and also introduce the character.
I didn't like how short each scene was after he puts his coat on the rack as it seemed to sudden and unrealistic. I also found the scene where the monster creeps out of the wardrobe quite poor as the camera was quite shaken and out of focus. However the final scene was very effective when he falls to the ground and gets dragged away because it was unexpected and thrilling.
